Orfeus is a beautiful boy whose capacity for love, forgiveness and resilience astounds us. He was found with his legs tied  and his mouth bound, floating down a river. Someone had obviously tried to drown him. And yet, here he is today, a dog who desperately wants to please and to learn and has so much love to give.

Understandably, Orfeus needs help to build his confidence and trust in people, especially in new situations. Miraculously, he takes a collar/ harness comfortably and is desperate for affection but is very submissive when approached and shies away from sudden movements. As a Collie X Orfeus is a super bright boy who would benefit greatly from gentle, regular training. He will need time and love to settle into a new home.

He is good with other dogs and people in the kennel environment, untested with cats and children.
